Hotel Booking Policy

You are not required to make payment for the booking immediately. Once we have successfully booked your room(s), we will give you a call/send you an email informing you with the payment procedures.
If your booking is within five working days from your check-in date, we will require you to submit a credit card authorization for immediate payment once your booking has been confirmed.
Should you cancel your booking after it has been booked, you will be liable to pay a penalty of 1 night accommodation charge. (penalty charges are based on the hotel's policy)
Rooms availability are not guaranteed until booking has been confirmed and payment made out to Hong Thai Travel in full.
Singapore Hotels - Rates are not applicable to Singaporeans.
